Tata Nexon 2025

Tata Motors has refreshed its popular compact SUV once again, and the Tata Nexon 2025 comes with more tech, better comfort, and most importantly, a continued focus on safety. Competing in a segment filled with strong players like the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos, the Nexon holds its ground with a five-star safety rating and a strong list of features that matter to Indian families.

Modern Styling with a Bold Front End

The updated Nexon now carries a sharper front profile with a split-headlamp setup, redesigned grille, and sleeker DRLs that give it a more premium road presence. The coupe-like rear still stands out, now enhanced with connected LED tail lamps and refreshed alloy wheels. While the design changes aren’t dramatic, they do make the SUV look more grown-up and mature.

Feature-Rich Cabin with Connected Tech

Inside, the Nexon feels more upmarket than ever. The 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system is crisp and intuitive, and now comes with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. There’s also a new digital instrument cluster, touch-based climate controls, and a 360-degree camera in the top trims.

Other notable features include ventilated front seats, air purifier, wireless phone charger, and a premium JBL sound system, making the Nexon one of the most well-equipped cars in its class.

Engine Options & Fuel Efficiency

The Tata Nexon 2025 continues with its 1.2-litre turbo petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engines. The petrol engine produces 120 PS, while the diesel churns out 115 PS. Buyers can choose between a 6-speed manual, AMT, and a newly introduced 7-speed DCT for the petrol variant.

In terms of mileage, the petrol variant returns around 17 km/l, and the diesel goes up to 24 km/l, making it practical for both city and highway use.

Top-Class Safety

Safety remains Nexon’s biggest strength. It comes with 6 airbags, ESP, hill hold control, ISOFIX mounts, and a reinforced body structure. Tata continues to maintain its 5-star Global NCAP safety rating, something neither Creta nor Seltos can match yet.

Price & Final Verdict

The Tata Nexon 2025 is priced between ₹8.10 lakh and ₹14.50 lakh (ex-showroom), depending on the variant and transmission. If you’re looking for a compact SUV that blends everyday practicality with excellent safety and premium features, the new Nexon is a solid choice — especially if safety is high on your priority list.
